50 Recipes, #31: S'mores nut bars
Aug. 31st, 2009 05:50 pmA dead-easy dessert from the Baked cookbook, and one I'd happily make again. Graham cracker crust (the only hard part, at least for me) filled with milk and dark chocolate ganache, salted peanuts, and marshmallows, and sprinkled with chopped peanuts. Given how much I love chocolate-covered marshmallow, it's a miracle I haven't eaten the whole thing. (Half of it disappeared during dinner at my sister's house, so at least others are sharing the caloric burden.)
I pretty much want to make everything in this book, actually, but first I need to invest in three 8" cake pans. And possibly some stretchy pants.
